Newcastle’s 22 Digit Records are back for the second instalment in the ‘Remixed, Remastered and Rereleased’ series with another bumper crop hand picked from the label’s impressive catalogue. Artists include Tom Ellis, Ricardo Jefferson, Melos & Kyber, Jerico, Michael McLardy, Midicult, Ludowick, Ruthit, Dan Drastic, Tom Ellis, YokoO, Pedramovich, Pete Weasel and William Welt.
The EP is packed with deep and tech house grooves as we’ve to come to expect from 22 Digit, ranging from late night deep-tech sound of Tom Ellis ‘Messing (Ruthit Remix)’ to the intense mood of Michael McLardy’s ‘Yellow Brick Road (Pedramovich Remix)’ with so many more excellent choices in between.
Newcastle’s 22 Digit, now in their fourth year, continue to showcase a who’s who of deep and tech house, with several of the artists on this release being label regulars who have built their reputation over the years.
